Photographer’s Water World

Another great article in our local paper (Council Bluffs Nonpareil) and oh it is about me… Wow- How flattering this is.  Chad Nation did a fabulous job of capturing and articulating my rambling thoughts.  If you would like to read the article I have an Acrobat PDF saved on Barton Visions.  The printed versions in the Sunday Edition was very well put together.  That could have been seen in the August 2nd paper.  It was a nice full-color, full-page article.

July Second Fridays will be this week, July 10th.

June Second Fridays is coming on the 12th

I am very amused by the most typical response related to Second Fridays. 
“When is it?” Seriously, number one question.

This month the show is June 12th,  and is probably the best show to attend for Barton Visions. I have several new, creative pieces. It isn’t just photography anymore folks.  I also will be in the Bayliss Bistro, which is inside the main gallery and I will be on display all month. Check it out.

The feature for this show is Geard Tchofor Pefung… Monthly poster attached and for a self-plug, was designed by Barton Visions.

Great Turnout and a great response for May’s Second Friday event.

The Second Fridays promotion committee is in the process of developing more media including a website. We now have an office and fulltime gallery downtown. More info to come…

Amtech Auto Care Center

I wanted to give a Kudos to Gary and Corey and all the others at Amtech Auto Care Center. I have taken several cars there over the years, but recently have had them work on my Expedition. It has many many miles, but I am not ready to replace it just yet.  They take awesome care and extra consideration for any auto needs I had!!  All with a smile and all in reason.

Correction on my location for Second Fridays…

Jay Simms from Gade Insurance will be out of town for the Easter holiday. 

Barton Visions (Me) will be set up in the same building as usual, just not in the Gade Offices.  I will be in Park Building Suite 209 for tonight.
